Our Mission

Ability Support Center is a dedicated provider agency committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Founded to empower families who believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, we offer innovative programs and services that foster personal growth, independence, and full community participation.

We provide safe, supportive environments—such as group homes and community engagement programs—that promote inclusion and value each individual’s potential. Our team of highly trained professionals delivers compassionate care through services including Shared Living, Adult Day Programs, Homemaker Personal Care, and Participant-Directed HPC.

Guided by a strong commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and excellence, we embrace diversity and work tirelessly to meet the evolving needs of those we serve. Our Director of Operations, a recipient of the 2021 Career Achievement Award from Open Hands, brings decades of experience from the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
